Elgin Industries has announced Chris Anderson as executive vice president. In this role, Anderson assumes additional operating responsibility for the company’s domestic and overseas businesses. Elgin serves OE and aftermarket customers in nearly 60 nations from its engineering, manufacturing and distribution complex in Elgin, IL.
Anderson, who joined Elgin in 2000, most recently was executive vice president of the Elgin World Trade operating unit. He reports to Elgin President and CEO Bill Skok.
“Under Chris’s leadership, Elgin World Trade has experienced tremendous growth, both in the range of products offered and the regions and customers we serve,” Skok said. “His product expertise and customer-centric approach will serve us well as we continue to expand manufacturing operations to meet the needs of transportation, industrial, defense and other customers in North America and abroad.”
