Elgin Industries Receives Harley-Davidson ‘Best in Delivery’ Award

Elgin Industries, one of the world’s leading manufacturers of engine and chassis components, has been recognized by Harley-Davidson, Inc. for achieving the highest supplier on-time delivery score. Elgin, which supplies push rods and piston pins to Harley-Davidson facilities around the globe, for nearly four decades has been a Tier One supplier to the manufacturer of iconic motorcycles and other lifestyle products.
Elgin received the Harley-Davidson “Best in Delivery” Award during a recent supplier conference. The award is the latest in an extensive series of awards presented to Elgin by leading engine and vehicle OEMs. Elgin in May achieved Deere & Company’s John Deere Partner-Level Status for the 12th consecutive year. The company also has been recognized multiple times for flawless order-fill and shipping performance by the General Motors Customer Care and Aftersales organization.
